From the owners

We are Débora and Zarina, sisters from Chile who now call Omaha home. Las Chilenas is how we share what we grew up with: family empanada recipes, coffee we take seriously, and hospitality that turns first visits into familiar ones.

Las Chilenas. Our name. Our heritage.

When we moved to Nebraska, we missed the flavors and warmth of home. This café is our way of bringing Chile to La Vista: bread from the oven, espresso on the bar, and conversations at the counter that often run a little long.

To us, coffee and homemade food are less about indulgence than ritual. The cup before work. Lunch with a friend. An hour with a book and something warm from the oven.

We are open seven days a week for neighbors in La Vista, Papillion, and Omaha. Come study, celebrate, catch up, or unplug. Nebraska artists rotate through our walls because we believe a café should nourish more than your appetite.

Every empanada, pebre sauce, and pastry is made with intention, and with con cariño. We want you to taste that in every order.
